! BearsLA presents our annual Holiday Party to celebrate the holidays in style! ***
!!RSVP's are filling up fast!!
This year it's open to all members and non-members alike at no charge. Please RSVP for directions and only RSVP's will be admitted. RSVP's will be limited this year so reply as soon as possible.
BearsLA will provide Turkey, Ham. Eggnog?, Sodas and Water. We'd appreciate pot-luck donations for the rest of the meal based on the following table:
If your last name begins with the listed letters, please bring:
A-G - Main entree other than Turkey, or Chicken, Ham is ok.
H-S - a side dish like coleslaw, salad, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, relish tray.
T-Z - dessert
Where: (In the West San Fernando Valley) RSVP By Friday Dec 15th and you will be emailed the address and some directions

Bring a wrapped present valued at $20-25 if you wish to participate in our Holiday Gift Exchange. Put a little thought into the gift and consider bringing something that you might want for yourself.
There is access for persons with mobility challenges. Details included with the Holiday Party Confirmation.

The cutoff for RSVP'ing is FRI, DEC 15th, 2023at 6pm! If you are planning to bring others, please have them fill out the RSVP requests form on this site for themselves.
